This is the most beautiful painting! I feel lucky and blessed that I came across it! My husband and I honeymooned in Mo’orea and we had taken many pictures in front of this church. To find that Greg Collins painted it was such a joy! We will treasure it forever!

I was super-pleased with my photo print purchase! Like many people, I’m sure, when making online purchases there’s always just a little voice of skepticism in the back of my mind. I knew I liked the image, but had to roll the dice that it would look good in person, the frame would be adequate, etc. I must say it exceeded even my hopeful expectations! First of all, the packing was stellar. The photo print did look great in person, and the framing was WAY better than I was expecting! It was ready to go with a sturdy hanging wire already in place. Unfortunately it was a gift, so I don’t have a photo of it on my wall! I did, however, open and inspect it before wrapping it and re-shipping (in the same stellar packing!). I would easily recommend FineArtAmerica and will happily shop with them again in the future…worry free!

Artist's Description
I was actually standing in the water while I did a sketch of this scene. I chose this angle because I liked the perspective of the boats along the shore and the way there was an empty space in front of me. Then, suddenly someone was tapping me on my back and I jumped. There was a little old fisherman in his little old boat full of fish and he said to me (in Spanish) "Miss, you are standing in front of my parking space!" So, I had to move and ended up finishing this painting while sitting on the steps of the Gazebo. I love Zihuatanejo.
